How do I book?

the service I want is not listed...can I still enquire?
Yes. If the service/decor you require is not listed on our website you can still enquire and we'll try our best to accommodate you with a service we provide.
how long do helium balloons last?
Latex Helium balloons last 24 hours. However, we do also use high float in latex helium balloons so can last longer than 24 hours, but no more than 48 hours. Foil helium balloons last up to 3-5 days, so may be longer.
do I pay for congestion charges?
Yes. If your event location is within/near congestion zone client will be charged for this fee additional to your delivery and setup charges (drop-off and pickup).
do you provide any loyalty programs?
Yes. You can receive discount services if booked via PartyCloud, if you attend RPF Europe or have booked our services 3 times or more. (T&C's applies).
are deposit fees refundable?
No. Your deposit amounts are non refundable as this secures your date, time and decor. This amount usually is 50% of your total booking (T&C's applies).
