How do I book?
You can book through many of our line of communications via the Enquiry form, Instagram DM, WhatsApp Message and Email. Ensure you include as much detail as possible to provide an accurate quote e.g Name, Email Address, Contact No, Any isnpo, Any additional venue information etc.
Do I pay congestion fees?
Yes. Client will be required to pay any congestion/tolling fees if your venue is near/within congestion charging zone. This will be included in your delivery and setup costs which also include pickup and dropoff fee.
Is my deposit refundable?
No. Your deposit amount is non-refundable deposit which is required to secure your date, time and decor for your special occasion. This is usually a non-refundable 50% fee of your total amount. (T&C's applies)
Do you provide loyalty programs?
Yes, you currently can receive discount if booked via PartyCloud or have booked 2 times or more with us. If you attend RPF Europe, discount is also available too.
The service I want is not listed...Can I still enquire?
Yes. You still can enquire for a service/decor even if it is not listed on our website and we will try our best to accommodate your request with a service we or another provider, provides dependent on request.
